Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable security system solutions.
- Manage and prepare detailed responses to RFQ/RFI/RFP documents.
- Create, review, and deliver technical and commercial proposals in line with customer needs.
- Support the development of technical documentation, solution design, and BOQ preparation.
- Conduct solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to ensure solution accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated on security technologies, products, and competitive offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of presales experience, preferably in security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire alarm, or related domains).
- Strong expertise in RFQ/RFI/RFP response management.
- Proven experience in preparing solution documentation, proposals, and technical presentations.
- Solid understanding of security devices and technologies; background in security device integration will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and project teams.
