Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage government business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with state/central government departments, municipal corporations, PSUs, and agencies.
- Knowledge about the entire sales cycle: opportunity identification, proposal preparation, tender participation, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely reporting and coordination with Head Office.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business updates.
- Support operations and execution of government projects when required.
Regional Focus
- Mumbai (Western Region): Working Experience with Maharashtra Government Departments, PSUs, and local municipal bodies. Knowledge of Marathi preferred.
- Delhi/NCR (Northern Region): Expertise in working with Central Government Departments, NIC/NICSI, Delhi-based PSUs, and agencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Management/Engineering.
- 7–10 yrs experience in govt. business in the local region.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, tendering & empanelment.
- Excellent communication (English/Hindi + regional preferred).
- Good in analysis, proposals & negotiations.
- Local candidate with strong govt. network.
Self-driven, with strong interpersonal skills.
