Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator / Manager or similar role and with government department.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Solid Organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools.
- Project Coordination.
- Procurement Management and tenders.
- Good interpersonal skills & Business analytical.
- Rich in client coordination and handling.
- Skill in handling large teams.
- Independent and proactive with the ability to work under pressure tight deadlines.
Languages known: Tamil, Hindi & English (Fluent in Speak, Read & Write).
IT /Software: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point presentation and Various Software packages.
