Roles and Responsibilities:
- Map business requirements, coordinate in developing and implementing the process in line with the present guidelines.
- Monitor the overall functioning of process, identify improvement areas and implement measures to maximize productivity.
- Prepare and present various monthly weekly and monthly reports pertaining to process.
- Monitor activities like client follow-ups, service reminders and handle customer grievances.
- Ensure and implement measure to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the team members.
- Verification of all vendor bills and Audit vendor sites and ensure all requirements are adhered.
- Maintain professional decorum and punctuality.
- Ensure good interpersonal relation is maintained while coordinating.
- Language known: Hindi & English
