Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate with government  and other projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, working with government stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of surveillance infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

•  Experience working with municipal bodies and vendors PAN India.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery for government clients.
• Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare project documentation including proposals, reports, and compliance records.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure adherence to government regulations and security protocols.
• Conduct site visits and oversee the smooth execution of projects.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders in Hindi and English for updates and issue resolution.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in government or public sector projects.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar).
• Knowledge of government procurement and compliance processes is a plus
