Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with 5-6 years of experience and an MBA in Finance or Marketing to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and technical services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
  • Understand key customer needs and requirements, particularly in the areas of accounts receivable and technical services.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams, including technical services.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers to maintain trust.
  • Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
  • Collaborate with the technical services team to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • MBA in Finance or Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and technical services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi(Mandatory)
